Agreement signed for the implementation of LVM GEO internationally
On October 29, "Latvijas valsts meži" JSC (LVM) Board Member Māris Kuzmins and Dalgas a/s CEO Torben Friis Lange signed an agreement on the implementation of the LVM GEO forest management platform in Denmark and Germany to support Dalgas a/s business processes.
The LVM GEO solution will become the core system for forest management planning of Dalgas a/s, providing solutions and support to both Dalgas a/s foresters and forest owners whose properties the company manages in Denmark, Germany and the Baltic States.
JSC Dalgas is an international construction, trading, and service company with broad specialist competencies in the field of forest management, and nature based solutions regarding biodiversity, environment, and climate. The company has been operating in Latvia since 1999.

The signing took place during a state visit, where the Danish royal couple, King Frederik and Queen Mary, met with Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs. Dalgas’ CEO, Torben Friis Lange, was also present. Both the state visit and the agreement between LVM and Dalgas highlight the important and close cooperation between the two countries.
