What is LogStackLIDAR?
LogStackLIDAR is an app that, using LiDAR sensors in your device, allows you to measure raw timber stacks efficiently and reliably without the need for measuring sticks or tapes – faster than ever before.
The app measures and analyzes the stack of raw timber, minimizing the work for you in the actual measurement. You can trust the result because the measurement cannot be influenced by the user. This ensures full transparency in the timber trade.

The app is easy to use and requires little training. To measure the stack with LogStackLIDAR, walk along the stack while recording a video of the front and back of the stack. Check the final image to ensure you have captured all the timber. Watch the video below, where we demonstrate how to use LogStackLIDAR in practice.
LogStackLIDAR is compatible with iPhone Pro and iPad Pro (2020 and newer) because LiDAR sensors are currently only available in these specific devices.

Easy data management in the cloud
Using a secure, cloud-based solution, LogStackLIDAR stores data for your raw timber. You can perform measurements both online and offline, ensuring your work is safe.
Cloud-based data management means, for example, that:
- All partners can access data for the measured raw timber
- Results can be automatically transferred to your ERP system or downloaded in formats such as PDF, ELDAT, or CSV
- Data is also stored offline and transferred when you regain internet connection on your device
