The Board
There are nine members on Hedeselskabet’s board, three of whom are employee-elected. The board is elected by the representative assembly. Membership on the board or committees ends at the conclusion of the first regular assembly meeting after the member turns 70 years old
Representative Assembly
The highest authority in Hedeselskabet is the representative assembly, which consists of a broad group of private and public decision-makers as well as individuals interested in the company’s areas of activity. The majority of the up to 60 seats in the assembly are directly elected by the members.

Hedeselskabet's membership committee
The membership committee of Hedeselskabet is appointed by the board to represent the interests of the members and works, among other things, to map opportunities for supporting projects and activities in accordance with Hedeselskabet’s purpose clause.
You are always welcome to submit proposals for possible projects to us at info@hedeselskabet.dk.
The membership committee consists of:
- Janus Skak Olufsen, chairman of the representative assembly and chairman of the membership committee
- John Nielsen, vice chairman of the representative assembly
- Bolette van Ingen Bro, appointed by Hedeselskabet’s board
