Whistleblower
We have established a whistleblower scheme aimed at providing employees of Hedeselskabet and Dalgas, partners, and other external individuals (whistleblowers) the opportunity to report suspicions and concerns about improper conduct and financial abuse or serious violations of laws or internal guidelines.
Report
Reports submitted via this service will receive a response within 24 hours if you provide your contact information. Do not use this website to report events that pose an immediate threat to life or property.
If you need emergency assistance, please contact the public emergency services.
You can report suspicions of misconduct within Hedeselskabet’s group (including Dalgas) in the following areas:
- Accounting manipulation
- Misuse of assets
- Fraud, bribery, and corruption
- Harassment, physical violence, threats, and sexual offenses
- Significant violations of environmental regulations and pollution of the environment
Anonymity
The whistleblower has the right to remain anonymous, and the report goes to an external third party (PwC Authorized Public Accountants or ‘PwC’) and not to Hedeselskabet. However, for the sake of investigating the matter, we encourage you to provide your contact information.
As a general rule, we recommend that our employees, partners, and other external individuals use our normal management structure to report suspicions and concerns.
Whistleblower scheme
The whistleblower scheme can be used as an alternative if your suspicion concerns your immediate contact person at Hedeselskabet or if you feel more comfortable contacting PwC through the whistleblower scheme for other reasons.
Hedeselskabet does not allow any form of retaliation or harassment against whistleblowers.
All information will be kept confidential to the greatest extent possible.
The whistleblower report itself is made through an external website managed by PwC. Hedeselskabet has no access to this.
